Implementing a Discipleship Pathway
A Master Course and Mastermind Group
Are you a pastor or spiritual leader who is feeling tired and frustrated? Do you have a deep desire to see those you serve grow spiritually but are not sure how to do it? Have you tried programs and bible studies and are ready to try something new? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then this is for you.
This 12-month, cohort-based course is designed for churches that are ready to develop and implement an intentional discipleship pathway. If accepted, the pastor and a person in lay leadership will work together throughout the program to learn IDP concepts and principles, as well as discern the best way to apply them to their ministry context.
The course consists of videos and written materials that can be viewed independently and a series of 11 monthly meetings with the other participants in the program. These meetings will facilitate deeper learning, idea sharing, response to challenges and celebration of successes.
The Four Phases of IDP development are:
Phase 1 - The Basics of Discipleship
Bonus Material - Prepared as needed to support and guide you through the process.
Application for the program and a commitment to participate fully in the 11 Cohort Meetings are required.
